Remote Desktop connection will render system unusable
- An issue has been found that causes the system to enter an inoperable state if a user connects to the codec with Microsoft Remote Desktop.
- This state results in black screens on the remote view and the local system with no options for control
- A manual power cycle of the codec is required to fix this state.
